1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver orders nationwide across Pakistan.

Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of the customer's provided address and the courier network.

2. Free Nationwide Delivery

Enjoy free delivery across Pakistan on your Nurture Origins orders.

There are no additional standard delivery charges for eligible orders.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within:

5–7 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer in:

• Remote areas
• Public holidays
• Peak shopping periods
• Unforeseen circumstances
• Weather-related disruptions
• Courier delays

The estimated delivery timeframe is therefore not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Order Processing

After an order is placed, our team may contact you by phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS to verify the order.

Please make sure that:

• Your name is correct
• Your phone number is active
• Your delivery address is complete
• Someone is available to receive the parcel

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or cancellation.

5. Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

Customers are requested to keep the payable amount ready when receiving their order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or another available communication method.

Tracking availability may depend on the courier service.

7. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver an order after multiple attempts, or an order is refused without a valid reason, the order may be cancelled and returned to us.

Repeated failed or refused deliveries may affect future order acceptance.

8. Damaged or Tampered Parcel

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If the parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the parcel
• Photos of the product
• A description of the issue

Our team will review the matter and provide the appropriate resolution.
